About Home Owners Partnership Enterprise - H.O.P.E

H.O.P.E is a private sector enterprise, working closely with charities, churches and government bodies.
H.O.P.E is all about re-housing as many American Citizens as it can.
We do not just re-house, H.O.P.E clients become home owners at a low fixed monthly cost.
In addition we work closely with our clients, helping them find work, re-training if needed and supporting them in as many ways as we can.

Becoming a Member of H.O.P.E.

Any citizen or resident of the United States of America can become a member of H.O.P.E. Once launched all you will need to do to join the H.O.P.E network is to click on the button below

Once you are a member, we will send you a full application form which is designed to find out what accommodation you want and how much you can afford to pay. H.O.P.E homes start from $1.50 per day ($45.00 per month) to a maximum of $7.00 per day ($210.00 per month). For this you are not renting a house you are owning your own home. Loans are made by H.O.P.E on a merit basis. Because we are owner financing, past credit history is not taken into account, we only need to be sure that you can afford to live in the property.

Even if you are out of work you can still apply for a home. We will help you to find work and will do everything we can to get you into your own home.

At present we have 1,000 homes available through H.O.P.E, and as more states, financial institutions and counties work with us this number will grow.
