The Regency Property Fund

A professionally managed and regulated Investment Fund aiming to maximise absolute returns by providing a blended exposure to the suite of OwnBrix products.

The Regency property fund is designed both for pre-qualified individual investors without the hands-on time to manage their own portfolio and also to encompass professional investors at all levels.

Regency will be the only fund affiliated to OwnBrix and will be strongly placed to maximise investor returns resultantly.

The fund will initially launch in January 2010 with one share class based in US$ aimed predominantly at the short time horizon capital return opportunities that are available on the OwnBrix platform.  There will be an initial minimum investment of US$ 100,000 per tranche for each investor or investor group.

The fund aims to give investors access to their capital on as frequent a basis as practical given the nature of the underlying property investment.
There will be a monthly issuance of tranches of segregated portfolios that return capital and applicable gains once at the 3 month point and then a final payment as each portfolio is closed. There will be a 21 day window of pre-subscription to each monthly tranche before it closes.

The liquid nature of investing via OwnBrix will drive down timings between entry and exit points thereby increasing both mobility and returns for investors.

The fund will be audited, regulated and administered by accredited International companies and intends to be stock exchange listed.
