• Go to the menu item “Our Properties” and click on it, you will see this screen.

• All pre-launch auction properties say pre-launch in the top right hand corner of their box.

• Choose the property you are interested in and find out all about it.

•This property has no bids for outright purchase and a $15,000 average bid for fractional ownership (Brix)

• If you want to bid for part ownership of this property, you click the “Bid to Reserve Brix” button.

• This will take you to the screen below, which shows you how many Brix are being issued, the asking price ($40.00 in this example) and the current price being offered by members ($30.00 in this example).

• You then decide how much you want to offer for each Brix and how much you would like to pay.

• In this example you decide that you want to bid to buy one brix at $28.00 ($2.00 lower than other members and $12.00 less than the asking price).

• You enter this in the boxes as shown below and you will see the total price of your offer. Next you click “Bid to Reserve Brix”.

• Once you have clicked the “Bid for Brix” button, this screen will appear telling you if your bid has been successful. You will notice two things:

• Firstly under the picture it now says in green “your bid successfully added”

• Secondly the average brix price has fallen from $30.00 to $29.67 as a result of your bid.

• If you now click on the property, it will take you back to the first screen.

• You will see that the fractional purchase price has now fallen from $15,000 to $14,835 as a result of your bid.

• There might be some properties that you would like to own completely. To do this you click on the "Bid for Property" Button.

• You can enter your offer, in this example $26,000. If you then click "Bid for Property" your offer will be submitted for consideration.

• Now you have bid you will see the screen below that tells you your bid has been successfully added and that the new price for outright purchase of the property is $26,000

• If you click on the property you will see the screen reflecting the bids made on the property.

• By clicking on “client account” on the right side of every OwnBrix page, you will go to your personal account section where you can see the bids you have made and if they have been accepted or not.

• Once a bid is accepted you will be emailed letting you know how to proceed with the purchase. Until your bid is accepted, you can not complete the purchase.
